AGREEMENT
This will confirm our agreement this day in
which this office will represent you in submitting xxxxx petition
to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. We
will prepare the necessary documents for the application and file
the same with the state and federal agency having jurisdiction
over the case.
The fee for our petition services with
premium/regular processing will be $xxxx, in which $xxxx payable upon the
signing of this contract, and the balance ($xxxx) payable upon
receiving the copy of the approval notice. ALL FILING FEES TO
USCIS OR STATE DEPARTMENT, COMMUNICATION COSTS AND INCIDENTAL COSTS
RELATED TO THE CASE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT.
THIS OFFICE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS.
We guarantee to exercise our best
professional judgment and provide competent representation in
prosecuting your case. However, we do not guarantee success. We
will keep you informed with the significant development of your
case in a timely fashion.
We specifically rely on the truth and
accuracy of your statements and your documentation.
In the event that it becomes necessary to
effectuate arbitration or litigation to collect fees owed, the
parties specifically agree that all attorney fees and costs will
be paid to the prevailing party of such arbitration or litigation.
If the above is acceptable to you, please
sign below and return this agreement with a payment in the amount
